  • The Inter-School Battle of the Bands!

    The YKIP Music Group will be holding a large scale event on Friday May 24th. It starts at  6pm and doors open at 5pm with food and drinks available. A large stage will be set up on the big field so feel free to bring a fold up chair or a rug. The YKIP music Group Organizing Team has invited bands from other International schools so please keep this date free. The group is hoping to have a big turn out so that they can fund music lessons for the YKIP students over the holidays.

    If you wish to bring guests without BIS ID tags, please email Mr. Andrews who will inform security.

  • PYP Exhibition

    Come along to the MPR on Friday 24th May at 9am or 1pm to experience the exhibition of the Grade 6 students. They will be presenting their findings based on the inquiries into the central idea "people can use the arts to communicate their beliefs, thoughts and feelings about local and global issues".   • Middle School Drama Production

    The BIS Drama Department is proud to announce the upcoming Middle School Production on Tuesday 21st May and Wednesday 22nd May in the MPR from 4pm to 5:30pm.  This year the show will feature 2 performances: "Drop Dead, Juliet!" a One Act Comedy by grade 7 and 8 students and Tuesday a Physical Theatre piece devised by the grade 10 drama class. It's free but donations are kindly received! Food and drinks will be on sale during the interval to raise money for the Dayak Tribal Village. Limited chair seating so bring a pillow to sit on.
